BCCI Denies Rohit Sharma Retirement Speculation
There have been rumors that Rohit Sharma, a famous Indian cricket player, might be retiring after his next match at Lord's.
But the BCCI, which is the organization that runs cricket in India, said this is not true.
They explained that Rohit is still an important part of the team and will keep playing as long as he is doing well.
Rohit has been playing cricket for a long time and has done very well, but he has already stopped playing in two types of cricket matches (T20I and Test).
Right now, he is not scoring many runs in the matches against England, which might have started the retirement rumors.
But the BCCI wants everyone to know that these rumors are not true and Rohit will continue to play.
Former India captain Kapil Dev also praised Rohit for his contributions to Indian cricket and wished him well if he decides to retire.
