Ethika says the team helps with urgent approvals, hospital discharges, and claims that were reduced or denied.

The company says it has supported more than 50,000 claims since it began.

It also says it covers more than 200,000 people through more than 750 corporate clients.

Ethika says it cannot guarantee the result of every claim but promises to support clients through the process.
