UP Government Launches Survey to Enroll Out-of-School Children
The Uttar Pradesh government is starting a program to find kids who aren't going to school and help them get back in.
They'll visit homes to find children aged 6 to 14 who are not enrolled or are struggling.
These kids will be placed in appropriate classes and get extra help to catch up.
Teachers and volunteers will assist, and there will be regular check-ins.
They'll also help connect families with social programs.
The goal is to make sure all children have a chance to learn and get a good education.
UP government will conduct a state-wide survey under the SHARDA campaign.
The survey aims to identify and enroll out-of-school children aged 6-14.
Children considered dropouts include those never enrolled or with poor assessment scores.
The survey will cover all households, including slums and migrant communities.
Enrolled children will receive age-appropriate classes and curriculum-based training.
