Lawmaker Calls for Trump's Removal Under 25th Amendment

A lawmaker named Yassamin Ansari, who is a Democrat from Arizona, thinks that President Donald Trump should be removed from office right away.

She believes this because she thinks he is 'extremely mentally ill' and that this is putting people's lives at risk.

She wants the 25th Amendment to be used for this.

The 25th Amendment is a part of the US Constitution that explains what happens if the president or vice president can't do their job.

It was made after President John F Kennedy was assassinated.

Ansari thinks Trump is mentally ill because of a letter he wrote to the Prime Minister of Norway, where he said that not getting the Nobel Peace Prize made him feel he no longer had to think only about peace.
