Punjab Transport Director's Salary Account Attached Over Dues
Imagine a retired bus conductor named Ashok Kumar wasn't getting his retirement money.
He had been wrongly accused of something and was later found innocent by the court.
The government wasn't giving him his money even after the court said they should.
So, the court stepped in and said the boss's bank account will be used to pay him.
This is because the boss, Director State Transport, refused to release Ashok's pension and other money that he deserved.
Chandigarh District Court ordered attachment of Director Transport's salary account.
The court acted due to failure to release retirement benefits to a former employee.
