Anant showed support for another candidate running against Neeraj.

Union Minister Rajiv Ranjan Singh, who is also called Lalan, was asked by the party to help settle the dispute.

Lalan said Anant had agreed not to criticize Neeraj in public.

Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Choudhary thanked Lalan for trying to help.

Choudhary said the party would consider the concerns raised during the effort.
