Jharkhand Police to Analyse CCTV Footage After Student Protests

Some students in a state called Jharkhand, in India, were upset because they took tests to try to get government jobs, and they thought the tests were not fair.

They asked for a special investigation into the exams.

They protested for many days and tried to march toward the state assembly.

The police said the protest started peacefully, but then troublemakers disrupted it.

Police used water cannons, tear gas, and lathi charges to stop the marchers.

During the chaos, fourteen police officers were hurt.

The students said several students, including women, were also injured.

Now, the police are going to look at security camera videos to find the people who caused the trouble.

They hope the videos will help them catch the miscreants.
