Bajaj Finserv Campus to Become India’s First Sentient Workplace

A new Bajaj Finserv office campus will be built in Pune.

It is being described as India’s first “sentient” corporate campus.

This means technology will help the campus notice what is happening around it and respond automatically.

Artificial intelligence and sensors will monitor weather, people, energy use and equipment.

The campus will use renewable energy and collect rainwater.

It will also recycle much of its water and aim to produce no waste.

Gardens and native forests will bring more nature into the workplace.

Employees will have an app for services, as well as access to medical and wellness facilities.
