Brazil Court Won't Arrest Bolsonaro, Issues Warning
The highest court in Brazil decided not to put the former president, Jair Bolsonaro, in jail.
This was because he did something he wasn't supposed to, but the court said it was a one-time mistake.
The court told him that if he does it again, he will go to jail.
Even though he's not in jail right now, there are still some rules he has to follow.
For example, he can't do certain things, but he is allowed to talk to the news if he wants.
Brazilian Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes decided against arresting former President Jair Bolsonaro.
The decision followed Bolsonaro's breach of imposed restrictions.
Moraes considered the breach 'isolated' but issued a warning.
Bolsonaro faces potential jail time if he violates the restrictions again.
Restraining orders against Bolsonaro remain in effect; he can still give interviews.
