Bengaluru Faces Third Day of Power Disruptions
Bengaluru has been experiencing power outages for three days.
On the first two days, many areas had no electricity for up to nine hours.
On the third day, specific areas like Chikkanayaka-Nahalli and Huliyaru were affected.
The power company, BESCOM, is also encouraging people to install solar panels on their roofs through a special program called Surya Ghar Yojana.
This program offers subsidies to make solar panels more affordable.
People can apply for this program online and get help from vendors to install the panels.
BESCOM has provided a helpline number and a website link for more information.

Key areas affected on 23 January include Chikkanayaka-Nahalli, Huliyaru, and Thimmanahalli.
Previous outages on 20-21 January impacted numerous areas for up to nine hours each.
