Dhanush calls love an "overrated emotion" at film trailer launch

At the event for a new movie called 'Tere Ishk Mein', the actors Dhanush and Kriti Sanon were asked about love.

Dhanush thought for a bit and then said he thinks love is 'overrated.'

Kriti Sanon pointed out that the character Dhanush plays in the movie, named Shankar, would probably feel very differently about love.

This is because the movie trailer shows Shankar as someone who has very intense feelings.

Dhanush mentioned that he is not like his character.

He and Kriti were also asked about their views on love, and they initially seemed a bit shy to answer.

Dhanush's comment comes after his divorce from Aishwarya Rajinikanth, which was announced in 2022 after 18 years of marriage.

They continue to raise their two sons together.
