Parameshwara Rejects Discontent Claims Over Siddaramaiah’s Delhi Visit

Siddaramaiah visited Delhi, and this led to questions about whether he was unhappy with the Congress party.

Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister G. Parameshwara said that was not the reason.

He said Siddaramaiah had already accepted the party’s decision and resigned as chief minister.

Parameshwara said the visit was normal because Siddaramaiah is a member of the Congress Working Committee.

He also said there was no disagreement over choosing S. Ravi as Apex Bank president.

The government is preparing to address challenges after completing 100 days in office.

Officials are checking reports of possible Naxal activity in Pavagada.

If the reports are confirmed, more security forces may be sent there.
