Telangana Teachers Demand Breakfast, Snacks For All School Students
Teachers in Telangana are asking the government to give students in all government schools breakfast and snacks, besides lunch.
They point out that a breakfast program started by the previous government was stopped.
The teachers also want each primary school class to have its own teacher, regardless of how many students are in the class.
They also want pre-primary classes added to all government schools.
Additionally, they are asking for the government to take care of staff needs in certain schools and pay any outstanding bills.
Teachers in Telangana are requesting breakfast and snacks alongside the mid-day meal for all students.
They are urging the government to reinstate the breakfast scheme discontinued by the new government.
Teachers also demand one teacher per class in primary schools.
