Man in legal trouble for forging documents to seek bail
A man named Ghanshyam Jaiswal tried to get bail by showing a fake document to the court.
The document was supposed to be a rent agreement for his vehicle, saying he had rented it to someone else.
But the court found out that the document was fake because the notary public who was supposed to have signed it said he didn't.
Now, the man is in more trouble because a new case has been registered against him for cheating and forgery.
He was already in trouble for something else, and he tried to use this fake document to get out of that trouble.
Ghanshyam Jaiswal attempted to secure anticipatory bail by submitting a forged vehicle rent agreement.
The agreement was dated September 10, 2025, and claimed that Jaiswal's vehicle was rented to one Vikas Kumar.
Notary Public Rajinder Singh denied notarising the agreement and stated the signatures were not his.
A fresh case has been registered against Jaiswal at Sohana police station under charges of cheating and forgery.
Jaiswal is already an accused in FIR No. 277, dated November 12, 2025, registered at Phase-1 police station under provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and the Excise Act.
