Court Rejects Darshan Plea Delaying Approver Statement in Murder Case

Court Rejects Darshan Plea Delaying Approver Statement in Murder Case

A court in Bengaluru is hearing a murder case involving actor Darshan.

Pradosh was first accused in the case but later asked to tell the court what he knows.

The court allowed him to become an approver, meaning he can give evidence against other accused people.

Darshan’s lawyers asked the judge to wait two days before recording Pradosh’s statement.

They wanted time to challenge an earlier court decision in the Supreme Court.

Prosecutors said the case should not be delayed any further.

The judge rejected Darshan’s request.

Pradosh’s statement may describe what happened to Renukaswamy, whose body was found in Bengaluru in June 2024.
