Hotmail Co-Founder Faces 20-Year Wait for Luxury Flat in India

Sabeer Bhatia, who co-founded Hotmail, booked an ultra-luxury apartment in India in 2012.

He expected to get it in a few years, but there have been many delays.

Now, he's been told he'll get the apartment in 2032, which is 20 years later.

Many other people in India are also waiting a long time for their homes.

They have to pay money for the home and rent while waiting.

Some people say the rules for builders should be stricter to stop these long waits.
