Surinder Choudhary, a deputy chief minister from Jammu and Kashmir, spoke about protests in Delhi.

He said detaining leaders of the CJP was wrong.

Choudhary also said the commissioner should resign while the allegations are addressed.

He compared the situation with the Emergency, though that was his own political comparison.
