PMC Bank Held Property Without Loan Disbursement to Realty Firm

PMC Bank Held Property Without Loan Disbursement to Realty Firm

Imagine a bank promised a company money for a loan, using property as collateral.

The bank, however, didn't give the company all the money but still held the property.

According to audits, no more money was given out after 2012, even though interest kept adding up.

The bank kept pretending the loan was okay, even though the company wasn't paying.

Instead of admitting it was a problem, the bank just kept adding the unpaid interest to the total loan amount.

This made the debt seem bigger, and it's like the bank was trying to hide the problem.
