SC Grants Bail to RSS Workers in SDPI Leader Murder Case
The Supreme Court has allowed five people from the RSS, who were accused of killing an SDPI leader, to be released on bail.
The court said that the fact the accused have a past record of crimes shouldn't stop them from getting bail.
They were told not to go to the Alappuzha district except for the trial, and they have to check in with the police every other day.
The court wants the trial to move forward quickly and wants all witnesses to be protected.
