Ritika Sajdeh Buys ₹26 Crore Flat in Mumbai
Ritika Sajdeh, the wife of famous Indian cricketer Rohit Sharma, recently bought a very expensive flat in Mumbai.
The flat costs ₹26.30 crore and is located in a fancy building called Ahuja Towers in Prabhadevi.
It has a big area of 2,760.40 square feet and even comes with three parking spaces.
Ritika paid a lot of money for taxes and registration.
The area where the flat is located is very nice and close to important places in Mumbai.
Rohit Sharma also owns a flat in the same building.
Neither Rohit nor Ritika has said anything about this purchase yet.
Prabhadevi is a popular place to live because it is close to business areas and has good roads and trains.
Ritika Sajdeh, wife of former India cricket captain Rohit Sharma, bought a ₹26.30 crore apartment in Mumbai's Ahuja Towers, Prabhadevi.
The apartment has a carpet area of 2,760.40 sq. ft. and includes three car parking spaces.
Ritika paid ₹1.31 crore in duty and ₹30,000 in registration charges for the purchase made in December 2025.
Rohit Sharma also owns a flat in the same building, located on the 29th floor with a 270-degree view of the Arabian Sea.
