This was part of a project to make farming stronger.
They talked about problems like animals eating crops and lack of rain.
Scientists offered advice on things like natural farming and water use.
They plan to keep helping farmers with more programs and demonstration plots.
The government also thinks this is a great plan to help farmers and grow more food.
IIVR scientists organized a farmer awareness program on Thursday.
The program reached 2,063 farmers across six districts of Uttar Pradesh.
Scientists discussed challenges such as irregular rainfall and market prices.
