Sealdah Division Introduces New AC Local Trains
The Sealdah Division of the Eastern Railway is adding two new air-conditioned local trains to its routes.
One will go to Kalyani, helping students and patients, and the other to Krishnanagar for family travel.
These services are temporary and may become permanent based on passenger numbers.
The division is also planning to improve services for Metro travelers and may extend some train routes.
Two new AC local trains introduced by Sealdah Division
First train: Sealdah to Kalyani, for students and patients
Second train: Sealdah to Krishnanagar, for family travel and weekends
Both services run on an experimental basis
