Delhi Court Lets Seven Foreign Nationals Travel Home Temporarily
A Delhi court allowed seven foreign nationals to visit their home countries for one month.
One person is from the United States, and six are from Ukraine.
They had been arrested in a case being investigated by India’s National Investigation Agency.
The court released their passports so they could travel.
They must come back to India after one month.
They must also tell the court within 72 hours when they return.
The NIA can still ask them to help with its investigation.
The court said traveling abroad is connected to a fundamental right in India.

The seven received default bail after the NIA charge sheeted them under immigration laws rather than the UAPA.
