Gujarat Assembly Appoints New Secretary After Over a Year
The Gujarat Assembly in India has a new secretary!
After more than a year without a permanent secretary, C B Pandya has been officially appointed.
Pandya has been doing the job as the temporary secretary for about 13 months, since August 2024.
The previous secretary, D M Patel, left in August last year.
This makes Pandya the 11th person to hold the Secretary position in the Gujarat Assembly.
