Multiple Theft and Fraud Cases in Mumbai
In Mumbai, several theft and fraud cases have been reported.
Two cleaners were arrested for stealing cash and jewelry worth Rs 5.3 lakh from a businessman's house in Juhu while the owners were away.

Two cleaners, Vijay Devendra and Shakti Shankar Mandal, were arrested for stealing cash and gold and silver ornaments worth Rs 5.3 lakh from a businessman's house in Juhu.
A jeweler, Sachin Chhatrapal Soni, was booked for allegedly cheating a businessman, Dhiraj Ganpatlal Jain, of gold worth several lakhs, failing to return 200 grams of gold and ₹7 lakh in cash.
Two habitual offenders, Dhiraj alias Papa Rajaram Rathod and Dinesh Solanki, were arrested for duping a 73-year-old woman of gold jewelry worth ₹3.5 lakh by pretending to polish it.
A petrol pump supervisor, Nilesh Indal Jadhav, was booked for misappropriating ₹1,29,857 from daily fuel sales and going missing after failing to deposit the collections.
Police have registered cases under various sections of the Indian Penal Code and Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and are investigating these incidents.
