Camavinga Advises Endrick on Lyon Rivalry
A young Brazilian footballer named Endrick is going to play for a French team called Lyon on a temporary basis.
His teammate from Real Madrid, Eduardo Camavinga, gave him a tip: don't wear green in Lyon.
That's because Lyon's biggest rivals, St Etienne, wear green, and it might upset the Lyon fans.
Endrick started his career in Brazil and moved to Real Madrid, but he hasn't played much there.
He hopes this time in Lyon will help him become more important to Real Madrid.
Lyon is currently fifth in their league, while Real Madrid is second in theirs.
Eduardo Camavinga advised Endrick not to wear green in Lyon due to the city's rivalry with St Etienne, who wear green.
Endrick is on a six-month loan to Lyon from Real Madrid, starting January 1, 2026.
Lyon will cover half of Endrick's wages during his loan spell, with no option for a buy clause.
Endrick began his career at Palmeiras and was compared to Pelé early in his career.
Lyon is currently fifth in Ligue 1 with 27 points from 16 games, while Real Madrid is second in La Liga with 42 points from 18 matches.
