BJD Files Police Complaint Over Fake Suspension Letter
The BJD, a political party in Odisha, India, has filed a police complaint.
They say someone made a fake letter that says one of their members, Jyoti Prakash Panigrahi, was kicked out of the party.
This fake letter is being shared on social media, and the BJD wants the police to stop it.
The party's spokesperson, Priyabrata Majhi, says the fake information is misleading people.
The letter claims Panigrahi, who is a two-time elected representative from Simulia in Balasore district, has been suspended, which the BJD says is not true.
They want the police to investigate and take action against whoever made and spread the fake letter.
BJD lodged a police complaint over a forged suspension letter.
