AI University Launch in Two Months
The government is starting a new AI University in Hyderabad in the next two months.
This university will help software engineers and students learn about new technologies.
The IT Minister, Duddilla Sridhar Babu, announced this during the opening of the Covalent AI Innovation Centre.
The centre currently has 500 engineers and plans to add 3,000 more jobs in the next two years.
The Minister also praised Hyderabad for being a great place for technology and life sciences, with many global companies setting up offices there.
He said the city is unique because it combines the best parts of Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, and Singapore.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by important people like the Covalent Chairman and the UK Deputy High Commissioner.
