Telangana HC Delays Group-1 Exam Verdict
The Telangana High Court was supposed to make a big decision about a test called the Group-1 exam.
This test was given by the Telangana State Public Service Commission (TGPSC) in 2024.
Some people who didn't pass the test said there were problems with how it was done.
A judge first said the test results should be canceled and the test should be done again.
But then, a group of judges decided to think more about it and said they would tell us their decision on February 5.
This decision will affect 563 people who have already been given jobs based on this test.
The Telangana High Court has deferred its verdict on the Group-1 recruitment process to February 5.
A single bench initially ordered the cancellation of the selection list due to alleged irregularities.
The division bench stayed the single bench's order, subjecting all appointments to the final outcome.
The TGPSC and successful candidates appealed against the single bench's order, leading to the deferment.
The verdict was initially expected on Thursday but has been postponed to February 5.
