Burkina Faso Dissolves All Political Parties

Burkina Faso's military government has decided to dissolve all political parties.

The government said that having many political parties was causing problems and making the country less united.

Before this decision, there were over 100 political parties in Burkina Faso, with 15 of them having representatives in parliament.

The government will now take control of all the assets that belonged to these parties.

This decision is part of a series of actions taken by the military since they took control in September 2022.
