MP Police Streamlines Compassionate Appointments, No Money Needed
The police in Madhya Pradesh have changed how they give jobs to the families of police officers who have died.
Before, it was hard to get these jobs.
Now, the head of the police, Kailash Makwana, has made it easier.
People can get jobs without paying money or knowing someone important.
Over the last six months, 205 people have gotten jobs this way.
The police are also making sure that people who need to move for serious health reasons can do so quickly.
The goal is to stop corruption and help families.
DGP Kailash Makwana reformed the appointment system on compassionate grounds.
205 people were appointed in the last six months without needing to pay or use connections.
Appointments were for positions such as ASI and constable.
Directives were issued to expedite the process for eligible relatives of deceased police officers.
