Emraan Hashmi Denies Playing Mehmood in RD Burman Biopic
People online were talking about a new movie about R.D. Burman, a very famous music composer in India.
Some news stories said that Emraan Hashmi, an actor, would play Mehmood, a famous funny actor from long ago.
Many fans got excited when they heard this.
But Emraan said the stories were not true.
He wrote on a website called X that nobody had asked him to be in the movie, so he was not doing it.
The news also said that another big star, Akshay Kumar, might play the famous actor Rajesh Khanna.
