Delhi Police Tighten Security for CJP March
The police in Delhi are being extra careful because a group called the Cockroach Janta Party wants to march to Parliament on July 20.
The police say the group didn't ask for permission to protest or march, and there are rules that stop big gatherings.
They are watching the area closely and have put up barriers.
One protester, Sonam Wangchuk, was taken to the hospital after not eating for almost 20 days.
Another protester, Abhijeet Dipke, and a woman named Gitanjali Angmo are asking people to join them at Jantar Mantar for the march.
The police are ready to stop any unauthorized march towards Parliament.
Delhi Police have intensified security measures and imposed prohibitory orders under Section 163 to prevent the CJP's planned march to Parliament on July 20.
CJP protesters at Jantar Mantar have not obtained permission to continue their protest or for the march towards Parliament.
The New Delhi district is on high alert with prohibitory orders in force around Parliament, making it unlikely for the protesters to get permission for the march.
Sonam Wangchuk, who was on a hunger strike, was taken to Safdarjung Hospital, and another protester, Abhijeet Dipke, is appealing to people to gather at Jantar Mantar for the march.
Police are determined to prevent any unauthorized march towards Parliament and have strengthened security around sensitive locations.
