Hyderabad Heritage Run 2026 Unveiled
The Hyderabad Heritage Run 2026 is a special event planned to celebrate the city's rich history and beautiful old buildings.
The Minister of Tourism and Culture unveiled the poster for this event at Taramati Baradari.
The run will take place on February 1, 2026, and will have different routes for people to run, including a long route from Charminar to Qutb Shahi Tombs and shorter routes that start and finish at Qutb Shahi Tombs.
The event is supported by Rapido, Telangana Tourism, and the Sports Authority of Telangana State.
The Minister encouraged everyone, especially young people and those who enjoy staying fit, to join and make the event a big success.
The run is not just a sports event but a way to honor and showcase Hyderabad’s heritage.
Hyderabad Heritage Run 2026 will be held on February 1, 2026, to celebrate the city's heritage and architectural legacy.
The event is organized by the Youth Advancement, Tourism & Culture (Sports) Department with Rapido as the Title Sponsor.
The 21K Half Marathon route will start at Charminar and finish at Qutb Shahi Tombs, passing through key heritage landmarks.
5K and 10K runs will start and finish at Qutb Shahi Tombs, offering a close-up experience of the historic monument complex.
The Minister encouraged citizens, youth, and fitness enthusiasts to participate and make the event a grand success.
