Robert Pattinson Open to Reprising Edward Cullen Role
Robert Pattinson, who played the vampire Edward in the Twilight movies a long time ago, was asked if he would play the character again.
In a funny interview where he was hooked up to a lie detector, he said 'Oh yeah, definitely.'
He also joked that he wants to be 17 again and take movie roles from younger actors.
The lie detector machine said he was telling the truth.
Even though his co-star Jennifer Lawrence suggested he shouldn't go back to playing Edward.
There are no new Twilight movies planned right now.
The author of Twilight did write a book from Edward's point of view.
However, Robert Pattinson has many big movies coming out in 2026 and 2027, so it might be hard for him to find the time.

While there are no current plans for a new Twilight film, author Stephenie Meyer released 'Midnight Sun' from Edward's perspective.
