NTA Concludes Four-Day Shivir, Sets Priorities for Exam Reform

The National Testing Agency held a four-day meeting called Chintan Shivir.

Its teams talked about how exams are organized and what could be improved.

They focused on making exams more honest, inclusive and innovative.

They also discussed how technology and better processes might make exams more reliable.

NTA said it wants to improve the experience of people taking its exams.

It calls its future direction the “New NTA.”

The agency says it wants stronger systems, more transparent processes and greater responsiveness to candidates.

It says the next step is to put ideas from the meeting into practice.
