TGRERA Orders Jayathri Infra to Register Flats
The Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TGRERA) has told a company called Jayathri Infrastructure to register flats in the names of the people who bought them.
This is for a project called Jaya Platinum in Bowrampet Village.
The company couldn't finish the project earlier because they had money problems.
The buyers had to finish building the flats themselves.
Now, the company can register the flats in the buyers' names because they are no longer in trouble.
The flats have one stilt and five upper floors.
The buyers have to get their flats registered within 30 days.
TGRERA ordered Jayathri Infrastructure to register flats in buyers' names within 30 days.
The Jaya Platinum project in Bowrampet Village faced delays due to the developer's financial issues.
Buyers formed the JP Welfare Association and completed construction with RERA permission.
The builder was declared a defaulter in 2024 but the status was revoked this year.
The project includes a residential apartment complex with one stilt and five upper floors.
