Haryana Chief Secretary Urges Faster Loan Disbursements to Beneficiaries
Haryana's top government official, Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi, met with bank leaders to discuss how banks are doing.
He told them it's very important to make sure that people who are approved for loans, especially farmers, get their money quickly.
Sometimes there's a delay between when a loan is approved and when the money is actually given out, and he wants to fix that.
The banks shared good news: Haryana's banks are growing a lot, with lots of money saved and loaned out.
They are also giving out more loans than expected, especially to small businesses.
The banks are working hard to help everyone get bank services, even in villages, and to make sure money flows smoothly across the state.
They also discussed how to better help farmers and people who need loans.
Haryana Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi urged banks to speed up actual loan disbursements to beneficiaries, particularly farmers.
