Online Instruments Secures Sebi Approval for ₹750 Crore IPO

Online Instruments is a company based in Bengaluru that makes and installs audiovisual equipment.

It wants to sell shares to the public for the first time through an IPO.

India’s market regulator, Sebi, has given its observations, which means the company can move ahead with the offering.

The company plans to raise ₹750 crore by issuing new shares.

Some existing promoter shareholders may also sell up to 57.10 lakh shares.

The company could raise another ₹150 crore before the IPO, which would reduce the public issue size.

It plans to use some of the money to repay loans and some for day-to-day business needs.

It may also use the funds for acquisitions and other company purposes.
