Pune Begins Trial Run of Electric Double-Decker Buses
Pune is testing out new double-decker buses!
These buses are electric and made by Switch Mobility.
The trial run will last for eight days on specific routes in Pune, including areas like Hinjewadi and Magarpatta.
If all goes well, PMPML will add ten of these buses to their fleet after Diwali.
The buses will be used in the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) areas.
