NDMC to hold Suvidha Camp for grievance redressal
The New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) is holding a special camp called the Suvidha Camp on January 3.
This camp is like a big help center where people can go to ask questions, get help with problems, or make requests about many different things.
For example, they can ask about electricity, taxes, certificates, cleaning, and even parks.
There will be special desks with officials from different parts of the NDMC to help people.
This camp happens every first Saturday of the month.
There's also an online place called the Jan Suvidha Portal where people can send complaints and check how they're being fixed.
The camp is a way for the NDMC to make sure people get help quickly and easily.
