London Underground Workers Plan Week-Long Strike, Causing Disruption
Imagine the trains in London are taking a break.
The people who run the trains, the underground workers, want better pay and better work schedules.
They're not happy with how tired they get from their jobs, and they want to work less hours each week.
Because of this, they're going on strike, which means they won't be working.
This will cause big problems for people trying to get around London.
The Docklands Light Railway will also be affected.
Some trains will still run, but most services will stop.
Even concerts have been delayed!
London Underground workers plan rolling strikes starting Sunday.
The strikes will cause significant disruption to London's public transport.
The RMT union cites pay, fatigue, and shift patterns as the reasons for the strike.
Transport for London (TfL) offered a 3.4% pay rise to resolve the dispute.
Concerts by Coldplay and Post Malone were postponed due to the strikes.
