Eid-e-Milad 2026 Brings Traffic Diversions Across Mumbra, Ulhasnagar
Traffic police are changing some roads for Eid-e-Milad processions on August 26, 2026.
The changes affect Mumbra and Ulhasnagar.
Heavy trucks entering Mumbra through two points must use the Mumbra Bypass.
Buses may need to drop passengers at the entry points and turn back, or use the bypass.
In Ulhasnagar, roads will close briefly as the procession moves forward.
Cars cannot be parked along the procession route.
Drivers should use side roads and plan their trips early.
Police vans, fire engines, and ambulances can still use the restricted roads.

Heavy vehicles entering Mumbra through Retibunder and Y-Junction will be diverted via the Mumbra Bypass.
Government and private buses entering Mumbra through those points must turn back or use the bypass.
Ulhasnagar traffic will face rolling closures along the Eid-e-Milad procession route to Kailash Colony.
Emergency vehicles are exempt, while parking is prohibited along the entire Ulhasnagar procession route.
