PhysicsWallah IPO: Edtech Firm Aims to Raise ₹3,820 Crore
PhysicsWallah, an edtech company founded by Alakh Pandey, is planning an IPO to raise ₹3,820 crore.
The IPO includes a fresh issue of shares and shares being sold by founders Pandey and Prateek Boob.
The funds will be used for expanding the business and making acquisitions.
