Manipur Naga MLAs Seek Shah’s Action Over Alleged Attacks

Eight Naga lawmakers from Manipur wrote to Home Minister Amit Shah.

They asked him to take strong action over the situation in the state.

The lawmakers said Kuki-Zo leaders and militant groups were involved in attacks on Naga civilians.

These claims were made in their letter and were not independently established in the article.

Deputy Chief Minister Loshii Dikho confirmed that the letter was sent.

There are nine Naga MLAs in Manipur.

Eight signed the letter.

Nungba MLA Diganglung Gangmei has not yet decided whether to sign it.
