Woman Cop Honored for Rescuing 150+ Children

Chandana Sinha is a police officer who works for the Railway Protection Force (RPF) in India.

She was given a special award for rescuing more than 150 children who were in danger.

These children were either working in bad conditions or had been taken away from their homes.

Chandana works on a special mission called 'Operation Nanhe Farishte,' which means 'Operation Little Angels.'

This mission helps find and save children who are lost or in trouble at train stations and on trains.

She was inspired to join the RPF after watching a TV show called 'Udaan.'

Chandana and her team spend a lot of time watching for suspicious activities and talking to passengers to find children who need help.

She also works with a group called Bachpan Bachao Samiti to rescue and take care of these children.

After rescuing them, the children are given counseling to help them feel better and go back to their families.
