Haryana Plans Wider Industrial Growth Beyond Traditional NCR Locations

Haryana wants to build more factories and industrial areas across the whole state.

Its new policy hopes to attract ₹5 lakh crore in investment and create one million jobs.

The government plans to build 10 more Industrial Model Townships.

It wants development to reach districts outside the traditional National Capital Region areas.

Different districts will focus on industries suited to their existing strengths, such as textiles, engineering, food processing and agriculture.

Haryana also wants to attract newer industries such as electronics, electric vehicles, clean energy and robotics.

Small businesses will receive help with money, technology, infrastructure and finding markets.

The government says it will make approvals faster and easier for investors.

It also plans to train young people in skills that industries need.
