Karnataka: Abandoned Newborns Prompt Adoption Appeal
In Raichur, India, two newborn babies were found abandoned.
The Department of Women and Child Development is asking people who can't care for their babies to bring them to government adoption centers instead of leaving them in unsafe places.

They will then help the baby get adopted by a safe family.
