American Express Reward Multiplier Ends September 29, 2026
American Express is ending a shopping rewards program called Reward Multiplier.
Cardholders used the American Express website to reach certain participating stores.
Those stores paid American Express a fee for sending customers to them.
American Express shared some of that value by giving customers extra Membership Rewards points.
Eligible purchases could earn up to five times the points on Platinum cards and up to 10 times on Centurion cards.
The final qualifying transactions must be fully completed by 11:59 p.m.
