Elitecon Plans Global FMCG Expansion Through Overseas Ventures
Elitecon International wants to grow its business in several overseas markets.
These markets include West Asia, Africa, ASEAN countries and Europe.
The company trades in everyday consumer products and electronics.
It has subsidiaries in the United Arab Emirates and Singapore.
Elitecon is also considering partnerships with companies in other countries.
These partnerships could help it make products abroad or bring foreign products and skills to India.
The company’s total group revenue and profit were much higher in FY26 than in FY25.
However, its standalone profit, which measures the main company by itself, went down.
Recent acquisitions also gave Elitecon businesses involved in edible oil, refining, storage and distribution.
Elitecon plans to expand FMCG and electronics trading across West Asia, Africa, ASEAN markets and Europe.
The company is exploring overseas joint ventures to manufacture products abroad and bring foreign capabilities to India.
Its UAE and Singapore subsidiaries completed a full year of operations during FY26.
Consolidated FY26 revenue rose to ₹5,074.80 crore from ₹548.76 crore, while profit after tax increased to ₹185.06 crore from ₹69.65 crore.
Acquisitions of Sunbridge Agro and Landsmill Agro expanded Elitecon’s edible-oil and agro-processing operations, while standalone profit declined.
